Return and Refund Policy


We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting first, a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products with the seller's approval only. Any product sent back without prior approval will not be considered for replacement. You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a booking for return. Please register your request with proper evidence, such as photos of damage observed or unboxing videos. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it, with the Brand tag in place, without any damage.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted if there is a significant quality issue with the product. All returned items will be assessed, and only those with verifiable damage will be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Missing threads or knots in silk sarees are not considered defects, as they are characteristics of handloom products.
  • Damages caused during the opening of the package are not eligible for return.
  • In the case of receiving the wrong product, we will send the correct product once we receive the returned item from you.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags intact. Please pack the product securely to ensure it arrives safely

Issues related to colour resolution

Due to the nature of digital displays, colour variation might occur due to photographic lighting or differences in screen settings. We’ve made every effort to accurately represent our products, including providing multiple images and videos to give you a clear understanding of the colours. Please be aware that the actual colour may vary slightly due to monitor settings, and we do not accept returns based on colour discrepancies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the return status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via PhonePe.

Refunds will typically be credited within 7 - 10 working days, depending on your original payment methods.

Please Note:

  • We will refund the item’s value only, excluding postage charges.
  • Products must be returned at your own expense; we do not offer pick-up services.
  • You can choose a replacement product of equal value instead of a refund.
  • Replacement product will be delivered in 7 days.
  • Exchanged product will be delivered in 6 days.
